1. Rewards Points Programme is a rewards programme (hereinafter referred to as “Programme”) designed by Optimo International Sdn. Bhd. for customer(s) / member to earn their points via purchasing at www.euphoriamalaysia.com which is RM1 equal to 1 point and by review on product purchasing. 
2. Redemption on rewards points is valid only for purchases made at www.euphoriamalaysia.com
3. Rewards Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable for credit, cash or kinds in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
4. Rewards Points will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. To view your points, log in to your account on our website.
5. Management may suspend or cancel this Programme without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. Suspension or cancellation does not entitle any of the Customer(s) / member to any claim or compensation.
6. Customer(s) / members are not allowed to transfer their Rewards Points to any other person.
7. Rewards Points earned from www.euphoriamalaysia.com are not entitle to combine with other discount during checkout. 
8. To avoid any doubt, we will NOT include the following items in the calculation of Rewards Points:

• Transactions made outside from www.euphoriamalaysia.com
• Transaction made without log-in into account. 
• Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions;

   "Money-Back Guarantee" Policy (Aqua+ Series Only)

1. Aqua+ Series is proud to offer a "Money Back Guarantee" to our valued patrons/shoppers. We believe in our product(s) to treat your skin with 100% satisfaction, however if you are not satisfied with our product(s) we would love to offer you with our money back guarantee with terms and condition as below:

Eligibility:

✔  This guarantee applies only to Aqua+ Series products purchased from our official website or Watsons.
❌ It does not apply to any other brands or products available on this site.

• Product(s) MUST be returned within 30 days period.
• Product(s) must be NOT OVER 20% used.
• Product(s) must be in good condition together with ORIGINAL BOX.
• Return product(s) must be attached with ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

2. If you meet all the criteria above, do contact our customer careline at 012-5039115 to proceed refund procedure.
3. Aqua+ Series will refund your money within 14 days after confirmation & approval of your return. (via bank online transfer, cash deposit into your bank account).
4. To be eligible for all full refunds, any and all promotional items, gifts with purchase, and/or freebies MUST BE returned with the product(s).
5. You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges which will not be refunded.
6. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned mechandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
7. Any returned product(s) that do not meet our "Money Back Guarantee Policy" or incomplete returned product (eg: no box, no bottle cap, broken or damage item, and etc) will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to customer OR destroyed by OPTIMO INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD upon request.
8. "Money Back Guarantee" policy is based on a case-to-case basis and it is at our sole discretion. We will not answer or entertain any unreasonable request(s) that do not abide by the T&C mentioned above.
